Frequently asked questions

Our opening hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. We do however
work longer hours behind the scenes.

Delivery options

We use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class tracked for UK parcels up to 20kg.

£4.20 for 2nd class and takes 3-5 working days.

£6.20 for 1st class and takes 1-2 workings days.

These delivery times can vary during busy seasons.

International parcels vary depending on country.

If you would like any other postage options give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address you give for delivery when you place your
order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items not been received. If you require us to resend or send to a different address after it has been returned to us then there will be a charge for reposting.

Despatch times

We say we dispatch orders within 2 – 3 working days however, we usually dispatch
sooner.  Sometimes we can offer same day despatch depending on the item and availability.   During busy seasonal times please allow extra time for us to create your order.

Parcel not delivered

Royal Mail say we have to give them 10 working days before we can make a claim for any lost or damaged parcels.  If your parcel has not been delivered after 10 working
days we will make a claim with Royal Mail and will resolve it immediately.  International parcels need 30 working days for claims to be made.

Gift message

We can include a gift message if you are posting direct to someone else.  We will print
onto white card and copy your message exactly as you have typed it excluding any emojis.

 Gift wrap

We offer a gift wrapping service and this is purchased as an extra at checkout.  We
will use the following items to gift wrap – cellophane, basket, box, tissue paper, ribbon or wrapping paper.  You can let us know if you have a preference for colour of ribbon and we will try our best to match it.

Gifting / showing price

Our invoices are emailed to you when you place your order so won’t be put in with your
parcel.

For International orders we have a legal obligation to display the contents and
price of each item for customs.

Returns

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation (it does happen sometimes, we are human after all), or there is a faulty product, we will
ensure that it is resolved as soon as possible.  We may ask for photos to show the damage or fault.  We may ask for the product to be returned for
inspection. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Personalised items cannot be resold and so are not returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

A refund will only be made once we have received the faulty product back and it has been inspected.

Change to order

If you would like to amend your order, let us know within 30 minutes of placing your
order.  Please include your name, address and the changes you would like to make.

We can’t guarantee any changes after 30 minutes as your order may already be in
production.

Stock

We usually have most items in stock but this can change quickly on some products,

and we may have to delay your order but we will let you know if this is the case.

Colour

The colour of the product you receive may not match the exact colour as displayed on our website

or on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you,

your order is placed at your own risk.

Size

The sizes given are approximate and can vary slightly.

Clothing

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that washing
instructions have not been followed.
